A little glimpse into what makes up Heritage Gardening and Estate Land & Property Management
Owen has a BSc in Environmental Science and is currently working towards a Master of Horticulture with the RHS. Owen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture and a Scholar of the Japanese Garden Society. He has been working as Head Gardener since October 2014.
Hannah has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture. She is our in-house expert on propagation and vegetable gardening and has a special interest in Sensory Gardens.
One of our senior gardeners, a capable induvial with fine landscaping and horticulture skills. Joined the team back in May 2021.
Caroline joined the team back in March 2022. Equally at home in the borders and mixed pruning works.
Joining back in March 2020, Damien is our resident handyman and leads on fencing and amazing garden structure projects.
Richard is an award winning allotment gardener and comes to us having worked for some years maintaining gardens in the Salisbury area, including Cathedral Close. Hes been part of the team since July 2022.
Katy is a good all rounder and currently training in the Royal Horticultural Society, being a member of the team since May 2023.
William is the most handsome member on the team and in charge of website design.
Leah joined the team with the background in horticulture retail, has great experience with plant identification and a special interest in Japanese garden.
Scott is our main landscaper with a background in bricklaying and driveways.
Jack is an experienced groundsman, he excels in mowing, hedges and keeping the place tidy.
Monique finished re-training as a garden in the WRAG Scheme in Autumn 2024, she has particular interest in herbaceous borders and wildlife friendly gardens.
Katharine finished her WRAG Scheme in the summer of 2024, she has a special interest in roses.
Mark brings a wide range of experience to the team, he has a background in nature conversation and furniture making.
Debbie is a hard working enthusiastic member of the team. Spending most of her time at our manor clients but is equally as happy in a lovely cottage.
